With a degree in Marketing Administration from IPAM, an MBA from ISEG, and a Business Management Program from AESE, João Pedro Vaqueiro has developed and led several challenges and projects in the areas of Marketing and Sales in different sectors such as technology, retail, consumer goods and infrastructures, in national and international markets.
With a vision strongly focused on providing a robust and excellent service, he incorporates in the company's vision the technological dimension as a differentiating axis, at the service of a response increasingly aligned with market demands.

A graduate in Banking Management and Internal Auditing, Fernando began his career in the banking sector, where he worked for 36 years, performing management functions in the Commercial Area for 26 years. He also served as Director of Purchases and Deliveries in the automobile rental sector.

With an integrated master's degree in Civil Engineering (Construction branch) and later a specialization course in Management, her professional career began as Eng. of Planning in the Netherlands. In parallel, she started a small local accommodation business, with the acquisition, rehabilitation and management of apartments, for about 4 years. After returning to Portugal she worked in Construction Supervision until she realized that his true passion was real estate. Since then, she has worked for a promoter (Roots Projects) as a project manager and operational and commercial director, and is currently fully dedicated to Habita, in the Investment area.

Director of Lisbon Operations
With a degree in Human Resources and Work Psychology, she has been working in the real estate sector for two decades.
She has led projects and teams in various mediation companies, always with an approach to mediation focused on providing a service where qualification, care and detail are the most important assets in this complex and competitive sector.
Joana Gomes
Director of OPorto Operations
With a degree in Economics specialising in Financial Analysis, she began her professional activity in the Banking Sector as the person responsible for promoting the Operational Lease product in the banking network and for managing clients in the Medium and Large Companies North segment. More recently she took on the commercial coordination of the team of client managers at a national level.

Director of Alentejo Operations
Susana has a degree in Public Management and Administration from the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lisbon, majoring in Management Planning and Control.
She worked for 19 years in Condominium Management and Administration and has specialised in the real estate sector since 2014.

With a background in the hotel business, he began his professional career in the field of large-scale distribution as Head of Section, with a passage through the transport area playing the role of Head of Traffic and finally discovered his passion for real estate mediation, in which he has been working since 2015.

For this purpose André Tengarrinha, with a degree in economics and accumulated experience in the commercial area, in highly competitive sectors such as Banking and Real Estate, leads the commercial force of Habita, supporting the operation and creating strategies focused on business expansion, in a dynamic relationship where the market and intermediaries inspire the management.
